Construction of a complete timber flat-roof structure, including the carefully framed lantern opening, roof deck and weatherproof finish. The glazed lantern brings natural light into the new living space below.
We completed the garage roof from the structural timber stage through to a fully finished, weatherproof roof, including the roof trusses, tiled covering, fascias and guttering.
We constructed a traditional cut hipped roof over the new side extension. When extensive rotten timber was uncovered in the existing dormer, it was stripped back and rebuilt with a new structural frame ready for its external finish.
An ongoing wraparound extension incorporating structural steelwork and a metal-web joist system. The joists were carefully installed and trimmed around the steels, with temporary boarding above providing a working platform for the bricklayers.
The boards shown are a temporary working platform, not the finished roof.
Made-to-measure outdoor joinery designed around each property, including a spacious timber decking area, garden gates and a five-bar driveway gate with matching pedestrian access.
The decking was later stained and furnished by the customer.
Following extensive fire damage, we removed the burnt timber, damaged joists and remaining ceiling materials. New structural joists were installed, followed by 150mm insulation and fire-resistant boarding.
After discovering extensive woodworm and rotten timber, we removed the affected floor joists and old insulation. New structural timber joists and insulation were installed, leaving the floor ready for boarding and its final finish.
Every wardrobe is designed around your space and how you want to use it—from the internal storage and door style to the mouldings, handles and colour. These floor-to-ceiling wardrobes were handmade from MDF, finished with detailed applied mouldings and painted in a warm beige to sit naturally within the room.
Designed and built to transform the full wall into a balanced feature, this bespoke media unit combines a central television area with six handmade Shaker-style doors, generous concealed storage and symmetrical open shelving. Warm timber-slat panelling and integrated LED lighting add depth and highlight the fitted details, while the made-to-measure construction works neatly around the room’s original cornice and bay window.
These projects demonstrate the team’s experience delivering detailed roof structures across large-scale residential developments, maintaining consistent workmanship across multiple plots.
